VisionKids HappiTime+ Charging Instructions

Slow response during charging, or waiting several minutes or even longer after plugging in the cable before it displays "charging", is usually caused by poor hardware contact, low power transmission efficiency, or system detection delay.

To ensure the battery's lifespan remains in good condition.
*It is recommended to fully charge (100%) before first use.

Give it some time to "take a nap".

If the watch runs out of power and shuts down automatically due to over-discharge, it will enter a "deep sleep" state. The battery voltage will drop below the normal operating range. The charger will then use a small current to wake the battery; during this time, the screen will usually remain unresponsive.

practice:

After plugging in the power, the screen may not light up immediately. Please wait patiently for 15 to 30 minutes to allow the small current to slowly wake up the battery; the screen will usually appear then.

Align with the "magnetic magnet" (check the position).

Although the magnetic charging cable will automatically attach, sometimes it shifts by as little as 1 millimeter.
Electricity cannot be transmitted.

practice:

When reattaching, gently move the watch from side to side to ensure the metal pins on the charging cable are fully engaged in the watch's grooves . If the suction feels weak, it may be due to tiny lint or debris trapped in the cable.

Cleaning "Little Golden Spot"

HappiTime+ uses magnetic charging. When children sweat or dust while playing, an invisible "barrier film" may form on the metal contacts.
This can lead to poor contact.

practice:

Parents, please use a cotton swab to apply a tiny bit of alcohol (or a clean, dry cloth).
Gently wipe the metal contacts on the back of the watch and the metal pins on the charging cable. After wiping, they will be sparkling clean, and the power transfer will be much smoother!

Replace the charging head

Smartwatches don't require a large current. Sometimes, using a high-wattage fast charger (such as a laptop charger) can cause the watch's protection mechanism to refuse charging.

practice:

Try using a regular 5V/1A charger (usually the charger that came with your old phone), or try plugging it into a USB port on your computer.
