Warranty Info
- The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, and no claims will be accepted after the expiration date.
- The warranty service only covers non-human damage. Damage caused by any human factors (including but not limited to: accidents, falls, improper installation or operation) is not included in the warranty service.
- If the product is disassembled, modified or sewn by yourself, it will not be covered by the warranty service.
- Guests must provide a purchase receipt.
Special warranty terms
During the warranty period, if the brand, product, parts or accessories are discontinued due to special reasons and repair and maintenance cannot be carried out, the maintenance and repair service will be replaced by a cash refund model.
Cash back calculation method is: remaining warranty days ÷ warranty days x product price
Example: A customer purchased product A for $1,000 with 1-year warranty and has been using it for 7 months.
150 days (5 months remaining) ÷ 365 days x $1000 = $411
The guest can receive $411 as compensation.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
