Maintenance terms and conditions

  1. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase; after this period, no warranty service will be provided.
  2. The maintenance service only covers damage caused by non-human factors. Damage caused by any human factors (including but not limited to accidents, drops, improper installation or operation) is not included in the maintenance service.
  3. Products that have been disassembled, modified, or sewn by the customer are not covered by the warranty service.
  4. Customers must provide a purchase receipt.

Special maintenance terms

During the warranty period, if the brand, product, parts or accessories are discontinued due to special reasons, making maintenance and repair impossible, the maintenance and repair service will be replaced by a cash refund.

The cash rebate calculation method is: Remaining maintenance days ÷ Number of maintenance days x Product price
Example: A customer purchased product A for $1,000 with a one-year warranty and has now used it for seven months.
150 days (5 months remaining) ÷ 365 days x $1000 = $411

The guest can then receive $411 as compensation.

In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
